Summary

Retrieve multiple expiration records from XOCRM, optionally filtering by client, status, and item type, and control the amount and format of returned data.

Inputs

• filters — Apply filters to limit results by client, status (Active, Expired, Renewed), and item type (e.g., domain, SSL, license).
• returnAll — Choose whether to return all expiration records matching the filters or restrict the number of records returned.
• limit — Maximum number of expiration records to return when not returning all. Defaults to 50 with a max of 500.
• timezone — Specify the timezone for date/time values to adjust date fields correctly from UTC based on local time zone.
• simplify — Opt to receive a simplified version of each expiration record containing key fields instead of the full raw response.

Output shape

a list of expiration records

Returns an array of expiration objects. Each record reflects applied filters and respects the returnAll and limit parameters. The response may include rate limit metadata. If simplify is true, each record contains a reduced set of fields: id, itemName, itemType, expirationDate, status, vendor, clientId.
