Summary

Retrieve multiple reminders from XOCRM with optional filters and pagination controls.

Inputs

• Filters — Optional filters including Client (to filter reminders by client), Include Archived (include archived reminders), and Include Completed (include completed reminders).
• Return All — Whether to return all reminders matching the filters or limit the result set.
• Limit — Maximum number of reminders to return if 'Return All' is false (between 1 and 500).
• Timezone — Timezone to interpret date/time fields correctly; adjusts date/time values accordingly.
• Simplify — Whether to return simplified reminder objects containing only key fields instead of full raw data.

Output shape

a list of reminder records

Returns an array of reminders matching the filters and pagination choices. Each item may be a full or simplified reminder object. If pagination is applied, the number of records respects the Limit parameter. Rate limit information is included as metadata when available.

Examples

Example 1: Get all reminders for a specific client, including completed reminders, returning only up to 100 results.

Set 'Filters.Client' to desired client ID, 'Filters.Include Completed' to true, 'Return All' to false, and 'Limit' to 100. Choose appropriate timezone and whether to simplify.
