Summary

Retrieve multiple data actions from Genesys Cloud with optional filtering, sorting, and limit controls.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Select the OAuth2 authentication method to authorize API requests.
• Return All — Boolean to specify whether to return all matching results or limit the output.
• Limit — Maximum number of data action results to return when Return All is false. Valid values: 1 to 100.
• Options — Optional filters and sorting parameters to refine the retrieved data actions, including action IDs (comma-separated, max 50), category name, inclusion of authentication actions, partial or complete action name, secure flag (any/true/false), and sorting by a specified root level field and order (ascending/descending).

Output shape

A list of data action objects matching the filters specified, up to the limit or all if Return All is true.

The output is paginated internally by the node and aggregated to one output array. The 'ids' option limits to specific action IDs (up to 50), and all filtering and sorting parameters are passed as query parameters to the Genesys Cloud API endpoint. Authentication uses OAuth2 credentials.

Examples

Example 1: Get up to 50 data actions filtered by a certain category and sorted ascending by name

Set Return All to false, Limit to 50, and Options with Category set to the desired category name and Sort Order to ascending
