Summary

Retrieve multiple divisions from Genesys Cloud with optional filtering by IDs and name, and control over sorting and result count.

Inputs

• Return All — Boolean to decide whether to return all divisions or only up to a specified limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of divisions to return when 'Return All' is false; minimum 1, maximum 500.
• Sort Order — Choose the order in which to sort the results: ascending or descending.
• Division IDs — Comma-separated list of division IDs to filter results to only those divisions.
• Name — Text search filter to return only divisions with matching names.

Output shape

a list of division objects each representing a division in Genesys Cloud

If 'Return All' is false, the number of returned divisions is limited by 'Limit'. Filtering by division IDs and name is optional and affects the scope of returned divisions. Sorting order affects result ordering.

Examples

Example 1: Get up to 50 divisions sorted ascending by default

Set 'Return All' to false and 'Limit' to 50

Example 2: Get all divisions with specified IDs

Set 'Return All' to true and provide a comma-separated list of Division IDs as a filter
