Summary

Retrieve multiple group records from Genesys Cloud, optionally limiting the number of results and sorting their order.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — OAuth Authorization Flow, currently supports OAuth2.
• Return All — Boolean flag to determine whether to return all group records or limit the number of results.
• Limit — Maximum number of group results to return if 'Return All' is false; must be between 1 and 500.
• Options — Additional options to customize the query, including the sort order (ascending or descending).

Output shape

a list of group records as JSON objects

Outputs a JSON array of group entities under the 'entities' property in the API response, flattened as individual items. The number of items returned respects the 'Return All' and 'Limit' parameters. Sorting of results can be controlled via the 'Sort Order' option.

Examples

Example 1: Get up to 50 groups sorted ascending (default)

Set 'Return All' to false and 'Limit' to 50.

Example 2: Get all groups sorted descending

Set 'Return All' to true and 'Sort Order' to descending.
