Ivanti Neurons for ITSM (REST)Install

Summary

Create a relationship between two specified business object records in Ivanti Neurons for ITSM by specifying the business object name, record IDs, and the relationship name.

Inputs

• Business Object Name (required) — Name of the business object (e.g., Incident, Change). An "s" is automatically appended to the end (e.g., Incident becomes Incidents).
• Record ID (required) — The unique identifier of the record to which the relationship will be added.
• Relationship Name (required) — Name of the relationship that defines how the records are linked (e.g., IncidentContainsJournal).
• Related Record ID (required) — The unique identifier of the related record to link with the main record.
• Options — Optional parameters, including batching options to split input into batches with configurable size and interval between batches.

Output shape

a list of objects representing the created relationships, one per input item, including response data from the API for each created relationship

Supports processing multiple input items, optionally batching requests according to specified batch size and interval. Each input item creates one relationship between the specified records.
