Ivanti Neurons for ITSM (REST)Install

Summary

Execute a predefined saved search on a specified Ivanti Neurons ITSM business object, returning the search results with optional filtering, sorting, and pagination.

Inputs

• Business Object Name (required) — The name of the business object to search (e.g., Incident, Change). An 's' is automatically appended to form the endpoint path.
• Saved Search Name or ID (required) — Select a saved search (by name or ID) to execute against the chosen business object; options load dynamically based on the selected business object.
• Return All — Whether to return all results from the saved search or limit the number of results.
• Limit — Maximum number of results to return if 'Return All' is false; minimum value is 1.
• Send Sort Parameters — Enable to send sort parameters with the search request.
• Order By Field — The field to sort results by, used if 'Send Sort Parameters' is enabled.
• Order Direction — Sort order direction, ascending or descending, used if 'Send Sort Parameters' is enabled.
• Options — Additional options including OData filter expressions to refine results, whether to strip null values from output, whether to alphabetically sort output keys, and pagination settings controlling pages per batch and delay intervals between batches.

Output shape

Returns a list of items matching the saved search criteria, structured according to the Ivanti Neurons ITSM API response for the selected business object.

The results respect the 'Return All' and 'Limit' parameters to control pagination. Optional OData filters can further refine returned items. Sorting applies only if enabled and supported by the saved search context. Null values can optionally be removed from output objects, and output keys can be sorted alphabetically. Pagination controls allow batching multiple pages with delays between them to manage load.
