Ivanti Neurons for ITSM (REST)Install

Summary

Create a new Service Request in Ivanti Neurons for ITSM by specifying the requester user, subscription template, and optional custom details and parameters.

Inputs

• Requester User ID (required) — The RecID of the user whose subscriptions will be used to create the service request.
• Request On Behalf of Another User — Flag to indicate if the request is created for a different user than the requester.
• Actual Requester User ID (required) — The RecID of the actual user making the request when 'Request On Behalf' is true.
• Subscription ID (required) — The Service Request Subscription ID (template) that defines the type of request to create.
• Set Details — Whether to provide a custom subject and symptom for the request.
• Subject — Custom subject line of the Service Request, used if 'Set Details' is true.
• Symptom — Detailed description or symptom of the request, used if 'Set Details' is true.
• Parameters (required) — A mapping of parameter values to supply required parameters for the chosen subscription template.
• Options — Additional options such as batching, delayed fulfillment, specifying a form name, timezone offset, saving request state, and schema caching controls.

Output shape

a single record representing the created Service Request

Returns details of the newly created Service Request. Supports batching multiple requests with configurable batch size and interval. The request state can be optionally saved during creation, and schema caching improves performance when processing multiple requests for the same template.
