Summary

Retrieve all articles (comments) associated with a specific ticket in Zammad.

Inputs

• Ticket-ID (required) — ID of the ticket to fetch the articles for

Output shape

a list of article objects (comments) related to the specified ticket

Returns each article as a separate item in the output array, preserving the order returned by Zammad API.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch all comments of a ticket with ID 123

Set Resource to 'Artikel (Kommentar)', Operation to 'Alle abrufen', and Ticket-ID to 123.
