Summary

Create a new user in Zammad with required fields for first name, last name, and email, plus optional additional details such as phone numbers, organization, note, and role.

Inputs

• Vorname (required) — The first name of the user.
• Nachname (required) — The last name of the user.
• E-Mail (required) — The email address of the user.
• Weitere Felder — Optional additional fields, including phone number, mobile phone, organization name (must exist in Zammad), note, and user role (Customer or Agent).

Output shape

a single record representing the newly created user

Returns the created user object as JSON; if creation fails, an error is thrown or, if continueOnFail is enabled, an error object is returned for that item.

Examples

Example 1: Create a user with required fields and optional additional fields

Set 'Vorname', 'Nachname', and 'E-Mail'; optionally fill 'Weitere Felder' such as phone, mobile, organization, note, and roles; execute to create the user in Zammad and receive the user record in output.
