Zammad ExtendedInstall

Summary

Search users in Zammad by a query matching name, email, phone number, or login, with optional limits and phone number normalization.

Inputs

• Suchbegriff (required) — Name, E-Mail, Telefonnummer oder Login
• Limit — Maximum number of results to return (min 1, max 500, default 25)
• Telefonnummer normalisieren — Whether to remove spaces and special characters from the phone number search input to improve matching with stored numbers

Output shape

a list of user records matching the search query

Returns up to the specified limit of user records. If phone number normalization is enabled, spaces and special characters are removed from the query phone number before search. The search is performed against name, email, phone number, or login fields.

Examples

Example 1: Find users with a name or email containing 'Max Mustermann'

Suchbegriff='Max Mustermann', Limit=25, Telefonnummer normalisieren=false

Example 2: Search users by a phone number ignoring formatting differences

Suchbegriff='+49 911 9264444', Limit=10, Telefonnummer normalisieren=true
