Summary

Exports Kanban items from the selected account as CSV, with optional funnel, stage, agent, and filter criteria. Choose whether to return the CSV text in JSON or as a binary file.

Inputs

• Account (required) — Select an account from the list or enter its numeric ID.
• Kanban Funnel — Optionally restrict the export to a funnel, selected from the list or entered by ID.
• Stage — Optionally restrict the export to a stage, selected from the list or entered by ID.
• Filters — Optionally set conversation display ID, created date range, sort order and field, page and page size (up to 100), priority, search text, won/lost inclusion, status, or minimum and maximum item value.
• Agent — Optionally filter by assigned agent, selected from the list or entered by ID.
• Show Advanced JSON Options — Enable this to expose Advanced Query Parameters (JSON), which can override values from Filters, Agent, Funnel, and Stage.
• Advanced Query Parameters (JSON) — Optional JSON query overrides. Values take precedence over the guided filter fields.
• Output — Choose JSON (CSV Text) to return the CSV content in JSON, or Binary File to return it as a file.
• Output Binary Property — When Binary File is selected, name the binary property that holds the CSV file; defaults to data.

Output shape

CSV content as JSON text or as a binary file, depending on Output.

Binary output is stored under the configured Output Binary Property. The operation’s source signature shows an optional export endpoint argument, but the properties do not expose an endpoint selector.
