Summary

Export a report of Kanban Items from a selected account, optionally filtered by funnel, stage, agent, and various other criteria, and return the report in JSON text or binary CSV file formats.

Inputs

• accountId (required) — Select the account to export Kanban Item reports from.
• kanbanFunnelId — Optionally filter the items by Kanban funnel.
• queryStageId — Optionally filter the items by stage within the funnel.
• showAdvancedItemOptions — Toggle to reveal optional advanced JSON query parameter overrides.
• queryFilters — Apply filters such as conversation display ID, date ranges, sort order, pagination, priority, search text, status, and value ranges to narrow the report data.
• queryAgentId — Filter the items by assigned agent.
• queryParameters — Provide advanced JSON query parameters to override other filters for precise control.
• exportOutput — Choose the format of the export output: JSON as CSV text or a binary CSV file.
• reportLocale — Select the language for the CSV column headers (e.g., English, Portuguese, Spanish, or use the account default).
• exportBinaryPropertyName — Set the binary property name to store the CSV file if outputting as a binary file.

Output shape

a single item containing the exported report data as either JSON text or a binary CSV file property.

The output will contain the exported Kanban Item report, filtered and sorted according to the input parameters. If 'Binary File' is chosen as output, the CSV file is available in the specified binary property; otherwise, the CSV content is returned as a JSON string.

Examples

Example 1: Export Kanban Items report as JSON text

Provides account, optional funnel and stage filters, and outputs JSON containing CSV text.

Example 2: Export Kanban Items report as binary CSV file

Provides account, filter by assigned agent, outputs binary file accessible via the specified binary property.
