Chatwoot fazer.aiInstall

Summary

Removes a member from a Chatwoot fazer.ai internal chat channel, identified by account, channel and member ID. Requires a Chatwoot instance running the fazer.ai fork.

Inputs

• accountId (required) — Chatwoot account to use; pick from a searchable list or enter a numeric ID.
• internalChatChannelId (required) — Internal chat channel the member belongs to; pick from a list or enter a numeric ID.
• internalChatMemberId (required) — Channel member to remove; pick from a list of the channel's members or enter a numeric ID.

Output shape

The Chatwoot API response for the member removal, returned as the node's output item. The source pack shows only signatures, so the exact body is not confirmed. It is likely empty or a simple confirmation.

Fails on standard Chatwoot instances that lack the fazer.ai internal chat feature. The member ID is the channel-membership ID chosen from the member list, so use the ID the list returns rather than assuming it is a user ID.

Example 1: Remove a departing agent from a team's internal chat channel.

Account: select from list; Internal Chat Channel: 'Support Team'; Internal Chat Member: the departing agent.

Example 2: Automatically remove members from a channel using IDs from earlier workflow steps.

Set all three locators to 'By ID' with expressions such as {{ $json.channelId }} and {{ $json.memberId }}.
