Summary

Lists SharePoint sharing records for a CIPP tenant. Choose whether to include a tenant filter, then return all results or cap the response with a limit; optional JSON query parameters can further shape the API request.

Inputs

• Include Tenant — Defaults to true. When enabled, include the selected Tenant as tenantFilter; when disabled, omit it.
• Tenant (required) — Tenant sent as tenantFilter. Select it from the list or enter a domain.
• Return All — Defaults to false. When false, return up to the configured Limit; when true, request all results.
• Limit — Defaults to 50; maximum 500. Caps the number of returned results when Return All is false.
• Query Parameters — Additional query parameters supplied as a JSON object.
• Max Payload Bytes — Maximum serialized request body size; defaults to 262144 bytes.

Output shape

A list of SharePoint sharing records.

Results may be limited by Limit unless Return All is enabled. The tenant field is required by the UI when Include Tenant is enabled.
