Summary

Lists SharePoint sites or OneDrive accounts for the selected tenant, using live Microsoft data by default or CIPP’s cached report database when enabled.

Inputs

• Tenant (required) — Choose a tenant from the list or enter its domain.
• Site Type — Select SharePoint Sites (default) or OneDrive Accounts.
• Use Report DB (Cached) — Enable to read cached report data instead of querying Microsoft live. The cache is faster and required for listing across all tenants, but may be slightly out of date.
• Return All — Choose whether to return all matching results; defaults to false.
• Limit — Maximum results when Return All is false; defaults to 50 and accepts 1–500.

Output shape

A list of site or OneDrive account records.

The returned list is subject to the selected return mode and limit.
