Summary

Schedules a vacation for a mailbox by submitting its owner’s UPN, start and end date/time, and optional forwarding and calendar access settings to CIPP. The request can forward incoming mail, retain a copy in the mailbox, and grant a selected user calendar access during the vacation.

Inputs

• Tenant (required) — Select a tenant from the list or enter its domain.
• User ID (required) — Mailbox owner's user principal name (UPN).
• Start Date (required) — Vacation start date and time.
• End Date (required) — Vacation end date and time.
• Forward To — User to forward email to during the vacation.
• Keep Copy — Whether to retain a copy in the original mailbox; defaults to true.
• Calendar Access User — User to grant calendar access to.
• Calendar Permission — Calendar permission level to grant: Author, Editor, or Reviewer; defaults to Reviewer.

Output shape

A single CIPP API response item.

The operation submits a vacation scheduling request; the source pack does not specify a distinct response schema.
