Summary

List contact permissions for a specified mailbox user within a given tenant to retrieve the permissions granted on their contacts.

Inputs

• Tenant (required) — Selects the tenant to perform the operation on, either from a searchable list or by specifying a domain name.
• User ID (required) — The User Principal Name (UPN) of the mailbox owner whose contact permissions will be listed.
• Return All — Determines whether to return all available results or limit the number returned.
• Limit — Specifies the maximum number of results to return if Return All is false; ranges from 1 to 500, defaulting to 50.

Output shape

a list of contact permission items from the mailbox user’s contact permissions

Supports pagination control via the Return All and Limit fields; if Return All is true, all available permissions are retrieved, otherwise up to Limit number of permissions are returned.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 50 contact permissions for a specified mailbox user.

Set Tenant via list or domain mode, enter the User ID as the mailbox owner UPN, set Return All to false, and leave Limit at default 50.
