Summary

List the Global Address List (GAL) entries for a specified tenant in Microsoft Exchange Online via the CIPP API.

Inputs

• Tenant (required) — The tenant to perform the operation on; select from a searchable list or specify by domain (e.g., contoso.onmicrosoft.com).
• Return All — Whether to return all results or only up to a specified limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of results to return when 'Return All' is false (default 50, min 1, max 999).

Output shape

a list of Global Address List entries, each representing a mailbox user or entry in the tenant's GAL.

If 'Return All' is false, results are limited to the specified 'Limit' count. Pagination is handled internally by the node when returning all results; otherwise, only the limited subset is returned. The operation requires a valid tenant selection to scope the query.

Examples

Example 1: List the first 50 GAL entries for tenant 'contoso.onmicrosoft.com'

Set Tenant to 'contoso.onmicrosoft.com', Return All to false, Limit to 50.

Example 2: Retrieve all GAL entries for a selected tenant from the tenant list

Select the tenant from the 'Tenant' list, set Return All to true (ignoring Limit).
