Summary

Download a file attached to a specified Bullhorn entity by specifying the parent entity type, its ID, and the file attachment ID; the file content is returned as binary data under a user-defined output property name.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose between User Credentials (Email & Password) or Enterprise Credentials (API Key) to authenticate with Bullhorn.
• Enable Operations Log — Optionally enable emitting audit log entries for the operation to a secondary output for auditing purposes.
• Parent Entity Type (required) — Specify the type of the Bullhorn entity the file is attached to, such as Candidate, Contact, Company, Job, or Placement.
• Parent Entity ID (required) — Provide the numerical ID of the parent entity from which to retrieve the attached file.
• File ID (required) — Provide the numerical ID of the file attachment to download.
• Output Binary Property (required) — Set the name of the binary property on the output item in which to store the downloaded file content.
• Output Fields — Optionally include additional fixed or input-derived fields to merge into the output item along with the file binary data.

Output shape

a single item containing the binary file data in a named binary property and any specified additional fields merged into the output

The output includes the file content as binary data under the specified binary property name. If enabled, operation log entries are emitted to a separate secondary output. This operation requires authentication and valid entity and file IDs. Errors are surfaced if parameters are invalid or the download fails.
