Summary

List files attached to a specified Bullhorn entity (Candidate, Contact, Company, Job, or Placement) by their ID, returning their metadata with configurable fields and limit.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose the authentication method (User Credentials or Enterprise Credentials) to connect to Bullhorn.
• Enable Operations Log — Optional toggle to emit an audit log row for each write operation; not used for list but available in UI.
• Parent Entity Type (required) — The type of entity the files are attached to, such as Candidate, Contact, Company, Job, or Placement.
• Parent Entity ID (required) — The numeric ID of the Bullhorn entity to retrieve files from.
• Fields — Comma-separated list of file attachment metadata fields to return, defaulting to id, name, type, contentType, dateAdded, and fileSize.
• Limit — Maximum number of file attachments to return, default 20, range 1-500.
• Output Fields — Additional fields or fixed values to include in every output item, merged with the file data.

The output returns a list of file attachment records matching the specified parent entity. The fields included depend on the 'Fields' input. The operation does not modify data and does not produce multiple output streams.

Examples

Example 1: List up to 10 files attached to a Candidate with ID 123

Set Parent Entity Type to Candidate, Parent Entity ID to 123, Limit to 10, and optionally specify desired fields to return.
