Summary

Search Sendout records using a Lucene query string, returning specified Bullhorn fields up to a defined limit. Optionally exclude deleted or archived records.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose between 'User Credentials (Email & Password)' or 'Enterprise Credentials (API Key)' for authentication.
• Query (required) — Lucene syntax query string to filter Sendout records (e.g., 'id:[0 TO *]').
• Fields — Specify which Bullhorn fields to return and optionally rename them in the output.
• Limit — Maximum number of Sendout records to return, between 1 and 500 (default is 20).
• Hide Deleted — When enabled (default), automatically excludes deleted or archived Sendout records from results by adding filtering conditions.
• Enable Operations Log — Emit an audit log entry for this operation on a secondary output for audit trail purposes.
• Output Fields — Static or dynamic fields to include in every output item, merged into each result.

The response includes an array of Sendout entities as per the Lucene query. Up to 'Limit' records are returned. Deleted or archived records are excluded if 'Hide Deleted' is enabled. The output field names reflect any renaming specified. When 'Enable Operations Log' is true, an additional second output emits audit log data.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 50 Sendout records with status 'Pending' excluding deleted entries, returning id and candidate id fields.

Set 'Query' to 'status:Pending', 'Limit' to 50, 'Fields' to include 'id' and 'candidate.id', 'Hide Deleted' checked.
