Summary

Search for Placement records in Bullhorn using a Lucene query string to filter results.

Inputs

• authentication — Choose between User Credentials (Email & Password) or Enterprise Credentials (API Key) for authentication.
• fields — Specify Bullhorn Placement fields to return; you can rename output fields by setting an Output Name or leave empty to use the original Bullhorn field name.
• limit — Set the maximum number of Placement records to return, with a maximum of 500; defaults to 20.
• query (required) — Lucene query string to filter Placement records, e.g., 'id:[0 TO *]'.
• hideDeleted — Whether to exclude deleted or archived records automatically by adding filters (default true).
• enableOperationsLog — Option to emit audit log entries to a second output for each write operation; does not affect this search operation output.
• outputFields — Assign additional static or input-derived fields to merge into every output item.

Output shape

a list of Placement records matching the query

Returns a JSON array of Placement entities with the requested fields. Supports pagination with a maximum limit of 500 records per request. The output reflects Bullhorn field names or renamed output names if specified. The 'Enable Operations Log' option does not impact the search operation results but can emit logs for write operations through an alternate output.
