Summary

Create a new Note record in BullhornHub via the BullhornHub Advanced node using either user or enterprise authentication.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Select between User Credentials (Email & Password) or Enterprise Credentials (API Key) for authentication.
• Enable Operations Log — Toggle to emit an audit log for the create operation through a separate output for workflow auditing.
• Input Mode (required) — Choose how to build the create payload: either Field Pairs (UI) for manual field-by-field entry or JSON Object for providing a pre-built JSON payload.
• Fields (when Input Mode is Field Pairs) (required) — Specify Bullhorn API fields and their values as key-value pairs to define the Note's attributes. TO_ONE references are automatically converted.
• Data (JSON) (when Input Mode is JSON Object) (required) — Provide a JSON object representing the Note fields to create. Empty/null/undefined values are omitted. Numeric TO_ONE references are auto-wrapped as {id: number}.
• Output Fields — Define which fields to include in the output items; these are merged into success, no-result, and error output data.

Output shape

a JSON object representing the newly created Note record including any requested output fields

The operation sends a create request to BullhornHub and returns the created Note data. If 'Enable Operations Log' is set true, an additional output provides audit log entries for write operations.

Examples

Example 1: Create Note with Field Pairs

Authentication set to Enterprise, Input Mode set to Fields, and multiple Bullhorn Note fields specified manually to define the note's content and related entities.

Example 2: Create Note with JSON Object

Authentication set to User, Input Mode set to JSON, with a JSON payload including Note fields; only non-empty fields included automatically.
