Summary

Update an existing calendar appointment by specifying its ID and providing updated event details and optional fields to modify its attributes, notifications, and status.

Inputs

• clinicId — Specify the clinic by selecting from a list or providing its UUID; required only when fetching many appointments or when selecting by dropdown, optional when using appointment ID directly.
• appointmentId (required) — Specify the calendar appointment to update by selecting from a searchable list or providing its UUID.
• calendar_event (required) — Provide updated calendar event details including appointment rooms or doctors (one of these is required), start and end times, color, notes, title, and treatment session status.
• updateFields — Optionally provide additional fields to update such as device, deprecated room field, appointment status, multiple statuses as tags, visit type details, subject, and whether to send modification email and SMS notifications to the patient.

Output shape

a single updated calendar appointment record object

Returns the updated calendar appointment data. No pagination applies as this is a single resource update operation.
