Summary

Delete a doctor by specifying the doctor ID, removing that doctor from the NextMotion system.

Inputs

• doctorId (required) — Specify the doctor to delete either by selecting from a searchable list (filtered by clinic) or by directly entering the doctor's unique ID.
• requestOptions — Optional settings to customize the request such as batching request parameters, allowing insecure SSL certificates, setting a proxy, and adjusting the request timeout in milliseconds.

Output shape

a JSON object representing the deleted doctor or a deletion confirmation response from NextMotion API

The output is the direct response from the API call to delete the specified doctor. It does not paginate or return lists. Errors will be returned if the doctor ID is invalid or the operation fails.

Examples

Example 1: Delete a doctor by selecting from the list.

Set 'Doctor' by choosing from the dropdown list filtered by clinic, then execute the operation to delete.

Example 2: Delete a doctor by specifying the ID explicitly.

Set 'Doctor' mode to 'By ID', enter the doctor's unique ID string, then execute to delete the doctor.
