Summary

Retrieve detailed information about a specific Document Template from NextMotion using its unique identifier.

Inputs

• Clinic — Optionally select the Clinic by either choosing from a searchable list or providing its UUID. Required only when fetching document templates from a clinic context other than direct template ID use.
• Document Template (required) — Specify the Document Template to retrieve by selecting from a searchable list filtered by clinic (if provided) or by directly entering the template's UUID.
• Request Options — Optional settings for the API request such as batching parameters, SSL certificate validation, HTTP proxy configuration, and request timeout duration.

Output shape

a single Document Template object with full details as returned by NextMotion's API.

The returned data includes all available fields of the specified Document Template. The Document Template input is required to identify the target template. The Clinic input aids in filtering dropdown selections but is optional when using template ID directly. Request Options support advanced request customization but do not affect the returned data shape.
