Summary

Update an existing survey form's details in NextMotion, optionally specifying the clinic context.

Inputs

• Clinic — Select the clinic either from a searchable list or by specifying its UUID. Required for some operations but optional here.
• Survey Form (required) — Select the survey form to update, either from a searchable list or by specifying its UUID. For list mode, select a clinic first to filter options.
• Update Fields — Specify one or more fields to update: Name (string), Fields Template (JSON object), and/or Note Template (JSON object).

Output shape

a single updated survey form record

The output returns the updated survey form object as returned by the NextMotion API. The operation accepts batching and request options like timeout and proxy, but the core response is the updated survey form data.

Examples

Example 1: Update a survey form's name and questionnaire fields template for a specified clinic.

Select the clinic by ID or from list, select the survey form, then provide new 'Name' and 'Fields Template (JSON)' in Update Fields.
