Summary

Retrieve multiple visit records from NextMotion filtered by clinic and optional criteria such as patient ID and visit date, with controls for result pagination.

Inputs

• Clinic (required) — Select the clinic to retrieve visits from, either by picking from a searchable list or by specifying its UUID.
• Return All — Choose whether to return all matching visits or limit the number of results.
• Limit — Set the maximum number of visit records to return when not returning all (minimum 1, maximum 100).
• Filters — Optional filters to narrow down visits by Patient ID or Visit Date.

Output shape

a list of visit objects

Supports pagination controlled by the 'Return All' and 'Limit' parameters. The visit data returned includes properties defined by the NextMotion API for visits.

Examples

Example 1: Get up to 50 recent visits for a selected clinic

Clinic selected via list, 'Return All' false, 'Limit' set to 50, no filters.

Example 2: Get all visits for a given clinic filtered by a patient's ID

Clinic selected by UUID, 'Return All' true, filter by Patient ID set to the patient's UUID.
