Summary

Retrieve multiple communication records associated with a specified clinic from the NextMotion API.

Inputs

• Clinic (required) — Select the clinic whose communication records you want to retrieve, either by selecting from a list or specifying the clinic UUID.
• Return All — Choose whether to return all records or limit the number of records fetched.
• Limit — Specify the maximum number of communication records to retrieve when 'Return All' is set to false; range is 1 to 100.

Output shape

a list of communication record objects

The output includes communication records related exclusively to the selected clinic. If 'Return All' is false, the number of records returned is capped by the 'Limit' parameter. Pagination is handled automatically based on these settings.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch up to 50 communication records for a specific clinic by selecting it from the list.

Set Clinic to the desired clinic via the list selector, keep 'Return All' false, and 'Limit' at 50.

Example 2: Fetch all communication records for a clinic by specifying its UUID.

Set Clinic mode to 'By ID', enter the clinic's UUID, and set 'Return All' to true to retrieve all available records.
