Summary

Create a new prescription by specifying the clinic, patient, and a required title. Optionally include detailed HTML content and select a document template for the prescription PDF.

Inputs

• Clinic — Select the clinic either from a searchable list or by specifying its UUID. Required for creating a prescription.
• Patient — Select the patient either from a searchable list or by specifying their UUID. Required for creating a prescription.
• Title (required) — Provide a short title or heading for the prescription; requires clinic and patient to be selected first.
• Content — Optional full prescription instructions in HTML format (e.g.,

  Take 1 tablet twice daily

  ).
• Document Template — Optional document template to render the prescription PDF; selectable from a list or by specifying its UUID.

Output shape

a single record representing the created prescription including all set properties and identifiers

The output includes the created prescription's details as returned by the NextMotion API. The operation requires clinic and patient context, otherwise the API call may fail. Additional request options available as node settings can affect batching and HTTP request behavior but do not directly alter output shape.
