Summary

Retrieve multiple document templates from the NextMotion system, optionally filtered by clinic.

Inputs

• Clinic — Specify the clinic to filter document templates by, either by selecting from a list of clinics or by providing a clinic UUID string.
• Return All — Choose whether to retrieve all available document templates or limit the number of results returned.
• Limit — If not returning all results, set the maximum number of document templates to retrieve (between 1 and 100).
• Request Options — Additional settings for the request including batching controls, SSL certificate validation override, proxy configuration, and request timeout.

Output shape

a list of objects representing document templates, each containing template details as returned by NextMotion API

Pagination is supported, controlled by the 'Return All' and 'Limit' inputs. The results correspond to the 'data' root property from the API response containing multiple document templates.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch all document templates for a specific clinic

Set 'Clinic' to a specific clinic ID and 'Return All' to true to get all templates for that clinic.

Example 2: Fetch a limited number of document templates across all clinics

Leave 'Clinic' empty, set 'Return All' to false, and define 'Limit' to specify the maximum number of templates to retrieve.
