Summary

Update a Service Request using optional fields to preserve unchanged values.

Inputs

• recordId (required) — ID of the Service Request to act on
• shortDescription — Leave empty to keep the current value
• description — Leave empty to keep the current value
• requesterId — Leave 0 to keep the current value
• fulfillerId — User (res.users) ID of the fulfiller. Leave 0 to keep the current value.
• catalogId — Leave 0 to keep the current value

Output shape

object containing id, model, and updated flag indicating whether any fields were changed

If no fields are changed, updated will be false; otherwise true.

Example 1: Update description of an existing request
