Summary

Retrieve deal loss reason records from Ploomes CRM using GET /Deals@LossReasons, with optional OData filtering, field selection, sorting, relation expansion, and caching.

Inputs

• cacheStrategy — Choose disabled (default), cacheFirst, or fallbackOnly. Cache First uses a valid cached response before requesting the API; both enabled strategies can use valid cached data if the request fails.
• cacheTtl — Cache lifetime in seconds when caching is enabled; defaults to 300.
• top — Maximum records requested; defaults to 1.
• skip — Records to skip for manual pagination; defaults to 0.
• select — Comma-separated fields to return; defaults to Id. Leave empty to omit $select.
• orderby — OData sort expression, optionally including asc or desc; defaults to Id. Leave empty to omit sorting.
• useFilterBuilder — Use visual filter collections (default true), or disable to supply filterRaw.
• filterRaw — Optional raw OData $filter expression, used only when the filter builder is disabled.
• filterConditions — Optional conditions specifying field, operator, value, value type, and AND/OR connector. Supports comparisons and contains, startswith, or endswith; automatic typing leaves positive numeric values unquoted and quotes other values.
• customPropertyFilters — Optional OtherProperties filters specifying custom field ID, value property, comparison operator, value, and whether it is numeric. Combined with AND when the filter builder is enabled.
• collectionFilters — Optional navigation filters specifying collection-any or direct navigation, property, field, operator, value, and AND/OR connector. Appended with AND to preceding filters when the filter builder is enabled.
• useExpandBuilder — Use visual relation expansions (default true), or disable to supply expandRaw.
• expandRaw — Optional raw OData $expand expression, used only when the expand builder is disabled.
• expandRelations — Optional relations to expand, each with a property name and optional nested field selection, enabled raw filter, and enabled nested expansion.
• expandNestedFilters — Optional comparison conditions for properties listed in Expand Relations, with numeric/quoted values and AND/OR connectors. Combined with an expansion's raw filter using AND.

Output shape

Three output branches: Success contains one JSON item per returned deal loss reason; Error and Timeout contain error records.

Defaults request only one record with its Id. Performs one request per input item and does not automatically follow pagination; use top and skip manually. An OData value array is flattened into individual items, discarding envelope metadata; other response bodies are returned as a single item. Empty bodies produce a success marker. Cached items include _fromCache: true, plus _fallback: true when served after a failed request. HTTP 408/504 errors go to Timeout; other errors go to Error only when Continue On Fail is enabled, otherwise execution throws.
