Summary

Retrieve department records from Ploomes CRM using GET /Departments, with optional OData filtering, sorting, field selection, and related-entity expansion. Defaults request just one record and its Id field.

Inputs

• cacheStrategy — Choose disabled (default), cacheFirst, or fallbackOnly. Cache First checks valid in-memory cache before requesting; Fallback Only requests first and uses valid cache if the request fails.
• cacheTtl — Cache validity in seconds when caching is enabled; defaults to 300.
• top — Maximum records requested via $top; defaults to 1.
• skip — Pagination offset via $skip; defaults to 0. Adjust manually to request subsequent pages.
• select — Comma-separated fields to return; defaults to Id. An empty value omits $select.
• orderby — OData sort expression, optionally including asc or desc; defaults to Id. An empty value omits $orderby.
• useFilterBuilder — Use visual filter collections (default true), or switch off to supply a raw filter.
• filterRaw — Optional raw OData $filter expression, used only when the filter builder is disabled.
• filterConditions — Optional builder conditions specifying field, operator, value, value type, and AND/OR connector. Supports comparisons and contains/startswith/endswith. Auto type leaves unsigned numeric values unquoted and quotes other values.
• customPropertyFilters — Optional builder filters on OtherProperties using custom field ID, value property, comparison operator, value, and numeric flag. Each generates an any() expression; custom filters are joined with AND and appended to the main filter.
• collectionFilters — Optional builder filters specifying navigation property, field, comparison operator, value, and AND/OR connector. Choose collection any() or direct navigation; unsigned numeric values are detected automatically.
• useExpandBuilder — Use visual relation expansions (default true), or switch off to supply a raw expansion.
• expandRaw — Optional raw OData $expand expression, used only when the expand builder is disabled.
• expandRelations — Optional relations to expand, each with a property name and optional nested field selection, enabled raw nested filter, and enabled nested expansion.
• expandNestedFilters — Optional visual comparison filters for matching properties in Expand Relations, with values, numeric flags, and AND/OR connectors. Combined with an expansion's enabled raw filter using AND.

Output shape

Department records as separate n8n items on Success, with separate Error and Timeout outputs.

Unwraps an API value array into one item per record; an empty array produces no items. Does not automatically fetch additional pages or preserve pagination metadata. Selected fields and expansions determine record contents. Other response shapes are returned as one item; an empty body produces a success envelope. Cached items include _fromCache: true, and fallback items also include _fallback: true. HTTP 408/504 errors go to Timeout; other errors go to Error only when Continue On Fail is enabled, otherwise execution throws. Error envelopes contain error, statusCode, isTimeout, resource, operation, and timestamp.
