Summary

Retrieve phone type records from Ploomes CRM using GET /PhoneTypes, with optional OData filtering, field selection, sorting, relation expansion, and caching. Defaults return at most one record with only its Id.

Inputs

• cacheStrategy — Choose disabled (default), cacheFirst, or fallbackOnly. Cache First uses a valid cached response before requesting the API; both enabled strategies can use valid cached data if the request fails.
• cacheTtl — Cache validity in seconds when caching is enabled; defaults to 300. Cache is held in memory while n8n runs.
• top — Maximum records to request; defaults to 1.
• skip — Records to skip for manual pagination; defaults to 0.
• select — Comma-separated fields to return; defaults to Id. An empty value omits $select.
• orderby — OData sort expression, optionally including asc or desc; defaults to Id.
• useFilterBuilder — Use visual filter collections (default true), or disable to supply filterRaw.
• filterRaw — Optional raw OData $filter expression, used when the filter builder is disabled.
• filterConditions — Optional visual conditions specifying field, comparison or text operator, value, value type, and AND/OR connector. Auto typing leaves positive numeric values unquoted and quotes other values.
• customPropertyFilters — Optional OtherProperties/any filters specifying custom field ID, value property, comparison operator, value, and numeric quoting choice. Combined with AND and used only in builder mode.
• collectionFilters — Optional navigation filters specifying collection-any or direct navigation, property name, field, operator, value, and AND/OR connector. Appended to other filters with AND in builder mode.
• useExpandBuilder — Use visual relation expansions (default true), or disable to supply expandRaw.
• expandRaw — Optional raw OData $expand expression, used when the expand builder is disabled.
• expandRelations — Optional relations to expand in builder mode. Each entry specifies a property and optional nested field selection, enabled raw filter, and enabled nested expansion.
• expandNestedFilters — Optional visual filters targeting matching properties in Expand Relations. Specify field, operator, value, numeric quoting choice, and AND/OR connector; combined with an expansion's manual filter using AND.

Output shape

Three outputs: Success contains one JSON item per returned phone type; Error and Timeout contain error payloads.

Makes one request per input item without automatic pagination. Unwraps the API's value array; otherwise returns the response as one item. Fields depend on selection and expansion. Cached items include _fromCache: true; cache fallback also adds _fallback: true. An empty response body produces a success marker. HTTP 408/504 go to Timeout; other errors go to Error only when Continue On Fail is enabled, otherwise execution throws. Error payloads include error, statusCode, isTimeout, resource, operation, and timestamp.
