Summary

Retrieve product groups from Ploomes CRM with optional OData filters, field selection, sorting, and related-entity expansion. Defaults return at most one record with only its Id.

Inputs

• cacheStrategy — Choose disabled (default), cacheFirst, or fallbackOnly. Cache First uses a valid cached response before requesting the API; Fallback Only requests the API first and uses valid cache if the request fails.
• cacheTtl — Cache validity in seconds when caching is enabled; defaults to 300. Cache is held in memory while n8n runs.
• top — Maximum records requested through $top; defaults to 1.
• skip — Records to skip for manual pagination; defaults to 0.
• select — Comma-separated fields to return; defaults to Id. Leave empty to omit $select.
• orderby — OData sort expression, such as Id desc; defaults to Id. Leave empty to omit sorting.
• useFilterBuilder — Use structured filter collections (default true), or disable to supply a raw OData filter.
• filterRaw — Optional raw $filter expression, used only when Use Filter Builder is disabled.
• filterConditions — Optional conditions specifying field, comparison or text operator, value, value type, and AND/OR connector. Auto type leaves unsigned numeric values unquoted and quotes other text; String forces quoting.
• customPropertyFilters — Optional OtherProperties filters specifying custom field ID, value property, comparison operator, value, and whether to leave the value unquoted. Combined with AND with each other and the main filter; used only in builder mode.
• collectionFilters — Optional navigation filters specifying collection any() or direct navigation, property name, field, operator, value, and AND/OR connector. Numeric values are detected automatically; the resulting expression is appended with AND to existing filters.
• useExpandBuilder — Use structured relation expansions (default true), or disable to supply a raw OData expansion.
• expandRaw — Optional raw $expand expression, used only when Use Expand Builder is disabled.
• expandRelations — Optional relations to expand, each with a property name, optional nested field selection, and optionally enabled raw nested filter and nested expansion.
• expandNestedFilters — Optional filter conditions for matching properties in Expand Relations. Specify field, operator, value, numeric flag, and AND/OR connector; conditions are combined with any enabled raw nested filter using AND.

Output shape

Product-group records as separate n8n items on Success, with separate Error and Timeout outputs.

Requests /Products@Groups once per input item; pagination is manual through top and skip, with no automatic retrieval of further pages. An OData value array is unpacked into individual items, so an empty array produces no items; other response bodies are returned as one item, and an empty body produces a success marker. Returned fields depend on select and expand. Cached items include _fromCache: true; fallback items also include _fallback: true. HTTP 408 and 504 go to Timeout; other errors go to Error only when Continue On Fail is enabled, otherwise execution throws. Error items contain error, statusCode, isTimeout, resource, operation, and timestamp.
