Summary

Retrieve Ploomes operation records from /Operations with OData filtering, field selection, sorting, and related-entity expansion. Fetch one page per input item, with optional in-memory caching.

Inputs

• cacheStrategy — Choose disabled (default), cacheFirst, or fallbackOnly. Cache First reuses a valid cached response; Fallback Only requests the API first and uses valid cached data if the request fails.
• cacheTtl — Cache validity in seconds when caching is enabled; defaults to 300.
• top — Maximum records requested per page; defaults to 1.
• skip — Records to skip for manual pagination; defaults to 0.
• select — Comma-separated fields to return; defaults to Id. An empty value omits $select.
• orderby — OData sorting expression, such as Id desc; defaults to Id. An empty value omits $orderby.
• useFilterBuilder — Use visual filter collections (default true), or disable to supply filterRaw.
• filterRaw — Optional raw OData $filter expression, used only when the filter builder is disabled.
• filterConditions — Optional conditions with field, operator, value, value type, and AND/OR connector. Supports comparisons and contains/startswith/endswith; strings are escaped and quoted.
• customPropertyFilters — Optional OtherProperties filters specifying field ID, value property, comparison operator, value, and numeric flag. Joined with AND to each other and appended to the main filter.
• collectionFilters — Optional navigation filters specifying collection-any or direct navigation, property name, field, operator, value, and AND/OR connector. Numeric-looking values are detected automatically; the group is appended with AND.
• useExpandBuilder — Use visual expansion collections (default true), or disable to supply expandRaw.
• expandRaw — Optional raw OData $expand expression, used only when the expand builder is disabled.
• expandRelations — Optional related properties to expand, each with optional nested field selection, an enabled raw nested filter, and an enabled nested expansion.
• expandNestedFilters — Optional visual filter conditions targeting a matching Expand Relations property. Specify field, operator, value, numeric flag, and AND/OR connector; combined with any manual nested filter using AND.

Output shape

Three output branches: Success, Error, and Timeout. Success normally contains one n8n item per operation record.

Defaults request at most one record containing Id. No automatic pagination occurs; adjust top and skip manually. API value arrays are flattened, discarding envelope metadata; other response bodies are returned as a single item. Cached items include _fromCache: true, and fallback items also include _fallback: true. Empty bodies produce a success acknowledgement. Errors include error, statusCode, isTimeout, resource, operation, and timestamp; HTTP 408/504 go to Timeout, while other errors stop execution unless Continue On Fail is enabled.
