Summary

Retrieve product families from Ploomes CRM with optional OData filtering, field selection, sorting, and related-entity expansion. By default, request only one record with its Id field.

Inputs

• cacheStrategy — Choose Disabled (default), Cache First, or Fallback Only. Both enabled strategies cache successful responses and can use valid cached data if a request fails.
• cacheTtl — Set cache validity in seconds when caching is enabled; defaults to 300.
• top — Maximum records to request; defaults to 1.
• skip — Records to skip for manual pagination; defaults to 0.
• select — Comma-separated fields to return; defaults to Id. Leave empty to omit $select.
• orderby — OData sort fields with optional asc/desc directions; defaults to Id.
• useFilterBuilder — Use visual filter collections (default: true), or disable to supply a raw filter.
• filterRaw — Optional OData $filter expression used when the filter builder is disabled.
• filterConditions — Optional field comparisons or contains/startswith/endswith conditions, with value types and AND/OR connectors. Auto detects unsigned numeric values; other values are quoted.
• customPropertyFilters — Optional OtherProperties filters specifying field ID, value property, comparison, value, and numeric quoting choice. Joined with AND.
• collectionFilters — Optional collection any() or direct-navigation comparisons specifying navigation property, field, operator, value, and AND/OR connectors. Appended to preceding filters with AND.
• useExpandBuilder — Use visual expansion collections (default: true), or disable to supply a raw expansion.
• expandRaw — Optional OData $expand expression used when the expand builder is disabled.
• expandRelations — Optional related properties to expand, each with optional nested field selection, enabled raw filter, and enabled nested expansion.
• expandNestedFilters — Optional comparisons for properties listed in Expand Relations, with numeric quoting choices and AND/OR connectors. Combined with any manual expansion filter using AND.

Output shape

Three output branches: Success contains one JSON item per returned product family; Error and Timeout contain error records.

Makes one GET request to /Products@Families per input item without automatically following pages. Fields depend on select and expand; an empty value array produces no success items. Other response bodies are emitted as a single item, and an empty body produces a success marker. Cached items include _fromCache; error fallback also adds _fallback. HTTP 408/504 errors go to Timeout; other errors go to Error only when Continue On Fail is enabled, otherwise execution throws.
