Summary

Retrieve interaction records from Ploomes CRM with optional OData filtering, field selection, sorting, and related-entity expansion. Defaults return at most one record with only its Id.

Inputs

• cacheStrategy — Choose disabled (default), cacheFirst, or fallbackOnly. Cache First uses a valid cached response before requesting the API; Fallback Only requests the API first and uses cached data if the request fails.
• cacheTtl — Cache validity in seconds when caching is enabled; defaults to 300.
• top — Maximum records to request; defaults to 1.
• skip — Records to skip for manual pagination; defaults to 0.
• select — Comma-separated fields to return; defaults to Id. An empty value omits $select.
• orderby — OData sorting expression with optional asc/desc directions; defaults to Id. An empty value omits $orderby.
• useFilterBuilder — Use visual filter conditions (default true), or disable to supply a raw OData filter.
• filterRaw — Optional raw $filter expression, used only when the filter builder is disabled.
• filterConditions — Optional builder conditions specifying field, operator, value, value type, and AND/OR connector. Supports comparisons and contains/startswith/endswith; auto typing leaves unsigned numbers unquoted and quotes other values.
• customPropertyFilters — Optional builder filters on OtherProperties using a custom field ID, value property, comparison operator, value, and numeric flag. Each becomes an any() expression; these filters are joined with AND and appended to the main filter.
• collectionFilters — Optional builder filters on navigation properties using collection any() or direct navigation, a property name, field, operator, value, and AND/OR connector. Numeric values are detected automatically; navigation filters are appended to the main filter with AND.
• useExpandBuilder — Use the visual expansion builder (default true), or disable to supply a raw OData expansion.
• expandRaw — Optional raw $expand expression, used only when the expansion builder is disabled.
• expandRelations — Optional related properties to expand, each with a required property name and optional nested field selection, enabled raw filter, and enabled nested expansion.
• expandNestedFilters — Optional builder conditions for properties listed in Expand Relations. Specify the matching expansion property, field, operator, value, numeric flag, and AND/OR connector. Builder filters combine with an expansion's enabled raw filter using AND.

Output shape

Three output branches: Success contains one n8n item per returned interaction record; Error and Timeout contain error records.

Makes one GET request to /InteractionRecords per input item, without automatically fetching additional pages. The API's value array is split into items, discarding envelope metadata; other nonempty responses are returned as a single item. Cached items include _fromCache: true, and cache fallback also adds _fallback: true. An empty response body produces a success marker. HTTP 408/504 errors route to Timeout; other errors route to Error only when Continue On Fail is enabled, otherwise execution throws.
