Summary

Retrieves multiple Relative Date records from the Ploomes CRM API.

Inputs

• Cache Strategy — How to use in‑memory cache for GET requests: disabled (no cache), cacheFirst (use cached response if available and valid), fallbackOnly (always fetch from API; use cache only if the request fails).
• Cache TTL (Seconds) — Time‑to‑live for cached responses in seconds (default 300). Shown only when cacheStrategy is cacheFirst or fallbackOnly.
• $top (Limit) — Maximum number of records to return (default 1).
• $skip (Offset) — Number of records to skip for pagination (default 0).
• $select (Fields) — Comma‑separated list of fields to return (default "Id"). Example: Id,Name,Title
• $orderby (Sort) — Field to sort by with optional direction (asc/desc). Default is "Id". Example: Id desc, Name asc
• Use Filter Builder — Toggle between visual filter builder and raw OData $filter string.
• $filter (Raw) — Raw OData $filter expression when Use Filter Builder is false. Example: Id eq 123 and Name eq 'John'
• Filter Conditions — Visual filter builder entries (Field, Operator, Value, Value Type, Logical Operator) when Use Filter Builder is true.
• Custom Property Filters — Filters on custom fields (OtherProperties) built visually when Use Filter Builder is true.
• Navigation Property Filters — Filters on navigation properties (e.g., Lists, Tags, City) built visually when Use Filter Builder is true.
• Use Expand Builder — Toggle between visual expand builder and raw OData $expand string.
• $expand (Raw) — Raw OData $expand expression when Use Expand Builder is false. Example: OtherProperties,Owner($select=Id,Name)
• Expand Relations — Visual expand builder entries (Property Name, $select (Nested), Use Nested Filter, $filter (Nested), Use Nested Expand, $expand (Nested)) when Use Expand Builder is true.
• Expand Nested Filters — Visual filter builder for expanded properties when Use Expand Builder is true.

Output shape

Array of relative date objects (each containing the selected fields). When $top is 1 the array contains a single item. If caching is used, each item may include _fromCache or _fallback flags.

On error the node outputs to the error (or timeout) output with details such as error message, status code, resource, operation, and timestamp.

Examples

Example 1: Get the first 10 Relative Date records, sorted by Id descending, returning only Id and Name.

Set $top=10, $skip=0, $select=Id,Name, $orderby=Id desc

Example 2: Retrieve Relative Date records where the Name contains 'Q1' using the visual filter builder.

Enable Use Filter Builder, add a condition: Field=Name, Operator=Contains, Value=Q1

Example 3: Cache results for 5 minutes and use cached data if available.

Set Cache Strategy=cacheFirst, Cache TTL (Seconds)=300
