Summary

Retrieve field records from Ploomes CRM’s /Fields endpoint with OData filtering, sorting, field selection, and related-entity expansion. Defaults request one record with only Id selected, sorted by Id.

Inputs

• cacheStrategy — Choose disabled (default), cacheFirst, or fallbackOnly. Both enabled strategies store successful responses and can use valid cached data when a request fails; cacheFirst also checks the cache before requesting.
• cacheTtl — Cache lifetime in seconds when caching is enabled; defaults to 300. Cache is held in memory while n8n runs.
• top — Maximum records to request via $top; defaults to 1.
• skip — Records to skip for manual pagination; defaults to 0.
• select — Comma-separated fields to return; defaults to Id. An empty value omits $select.
• orderby — OData sorting expression, optionally including asc or desc; defaults to Id. An empty value omits $orderby.
• useFilterBuilder — Use visual filter collections (default true), or disable to supply filterRaw.
• filterRaw — Optional raw OData $filter expression, used only when the filter builder is disabled.
• filterConditions — Optional builder conditions specifying field, comparison or text operator, value, value type, and AND/OR connector. Auto typing leaves unsigned numeric values unquoted and quotes other values.
• customPropertyFilters — Optional builder filters using OtherProperties/any, specifying custom field ID, value property, comparison operator, value, and whether to leave the value unquoted. Combined with AND.
• collectionFilters — Optional builder filters for collection any() or direct navigation paths. Specify navigation property, field, comparison operator, value, and AND/OR connector; appended with AND to preceding filters.
• useExpandBuilder — Use visual expansion collections (default true), or disable to supply expandRaw.
• expandRaw — Optional raw OData $expand expression, used only when the expand builder is disabled.
• expandRelations — Optional relations to expand. Each specifies a property name and optional nested field selection, enabled raw nested filter, and enabled nested expansion.
• expandNestedFilters — Optional builder conditions targeting a property listed in expandRelations, with field, comparison operator, value, numeric flag, and AND/OR connector. Combined with any manual nested filter using AND.

Output shape

Three output branches: Success contains one JSON item per returned field record; Error and Timeout contain error records.

Makes one query per input item without automatically fetching subsequent pages. Unwraps the API’s value array, discarding envelope metadata; an empty array produces no success items. Other response shapes pass through as one item, and an empty body produces a success marker. Cached items include _fromCache: true; cache fallback also adds _fallback: true. Errors include error, statusCode, isTimeout, resource, operation, and timestamp. HTTP 408/504 go to Timeout; other errors stop execution unless Continue On Fail is enabled.
