Summary

Retrieves a list of Task Email Reminder records from Ploomes CRM using a GET request to /Tasks@EmailReminders with OData query support for filtering, selecting fields, sorting, pagination, expanding related entities, and optional in-memory caching.

Inputs

• resource (required) — Fixed to Task Email Reminder for this operation.
• operation (required) — Fixed to Get Many.
• cacheStrategy — How to use in-memory cache for GET requests. Options: disabled (no cache), cacheFirst (use cached response if available and valid), fallbackOnly (always fetch from API; use cache only if the request fails). Default: disabled.
• cacheTtl — Time-to-live for cached responses in seconds (applies when cacheStrategy is cacheFirst or fallbackOnly). Default: 300 (5 minutes). Minimum: 1.
• top — Maximum number of records to return ($top). Default: 1. Minimum: 1.
• skip — Number of records to skip for pagination ($skip). Default: 0. Minimum: 0.
• select — Comma-separated list of fields to return ($select). Default: 'Id'.
• orderby — Field to sort by with optional direction ($orderby). Default: 'Id'.
• useFilterBuilder — Toggle between visual filter builder and raw OData $filter string. Default: true.
• filterRaw — Raw OData $filter expression when useFilterBuilder is false. Example: Id eq 123 and Name eq 'John'. Shown only when useFilterBuilder is false.
• filterConditions — Visual filter conditions when useFilterBuilder is true. Each condition includes Field, Operator, Value, Value Type, and Logical Operator (AND/OR). Shown only when useFilterBuilder is true.
• customPropertyFilters — Filters on custom fields (OtherProperties) when useFilterBuilder is true. Each filter includes Field ID, Value Property, Operator, Value, and Value Is Numeric flag. Shown only when useFilterBuilder is true.
• collectionFilters — Filters on navigation properties when useFilterBuilder is true. Each filter includes Filter Type (Collection (Any) or Direct Navigation), Navigation Property, Field, Operator, Value, and Logical Operator. Shown only when useFilterBuilder is true.
• useExpandBuilder — Toggle between visual expand builder and raw OData $expand string. Default: true.
• expandRaw — Raw OData $expand expression when useExpandBuilder is false. Example: OtherProperties,Owner($select=Id,Name). Shown only when useExpandBuilder is false.
• expandRelations — Visual expand configuration when useExpandBuilder is true. Each expansion includes Property Name, $select (Nested), Use Nested Filter, $filter (Nested), Use Nested Expand, and $expand (Nested). Shown only when useExpandBuilder is true.
• expandNestedFilters — Nested filters for expanded properties when useExpandBuilder is true. Each nested filter includes Expansion Property (must match a property name in Expand Relations), Field, Operator, Value, Value Is Numeric, and Logical Operator. Shown only when useExpandBuilder is true.
• returns — Array of task email reminder objects. Each item appears on the Success output with a json property containing the record. When caching is enabled and a cache hit occurs, items include _fromCache: true. When a request fails and fallback cache is used, items include _fromCache: true and _fallback: true. Errors are routed to the Error output, timeouts to the Timeout output.

Output shape

The node returns three output arrays: Success (item data), Error (failed requests), and Timeout (timeout errors). Each item in Success contains a json property with the task email reminder record, optionally enriched with _fromCache and _fallback flags.

Cache persists while n8n is running; it is in-memory only and not persisted across restarts.

Examples

Example 1: Get the first 10 task email reminders, selecting Id and Subject, sorted by Subject ascending.

Set top=10, skip=0, select='Id,Subject', orderby='Subject asc', useFilterBuilder=true with no conditions, cacheStrategy=disabled.
