Summary

Retrieve quotes from Ploomes CRM with optional OData filters, field selection, sorting, and related-entity expansion. By default, fetch one quote with only its Id, sorted by Id.

Inputs

• cacheStrategy — Choose disabled (default), cacheFirst, or fallbackOnly. Enabled strategies cache successful responses in memory; fallbackOnly requests the API first and uses valid cached data if the request fails.
• cacheTtl — Cache validity in seconds when caching is enabled. Defaults to 300; minimum 1.
• top — Maximum quotes to request. Defaults to 1; minimum 1.
• skip — Number of quotes to skip for manual pagination. Defaults to 0.
• select — Comma-separated quote fields to return. Defaults to Id; leaving it empty omits $select.
• orderby — OData sorting expression, optionally including asc or desc. Defaults to Id; leaving it empty omits $orderby.
• useFilterBuilder — Use visual filter collections (default true), or disable to supply a raw OData filter.
• filterRaw — Optional raw $filter expression, used only when Use Filter Builder is disabled.
• filterConditions — Optional standard conditions with field, comparison or text operator, value, value type, and AND/OR connector. Auto typing leaves unsigned numeric values unquoted and quotes other values.
• customPropertyFilters — Optional OtherProperties filters specifying custom field ID, value property, comparison operator, value, and whether to leave it unquoted. Filters are joined with AND and appended to the main filter.
• collectionFilters — Optional navigation filters specifying collection-any or direct navigation, property, field, comparison operator, value, and AND/OR connector. Numeric values are detected automatically; these filters are appended to the main filter with AND.
• useExpandBuilder — Use visual relation expansions (default true), or disable to supply a raw OData expansion.
• expandRaw — Optional raw $expand expression, used only when Use Expand Builder is disabled.
• expandRelations — Optional related properties to expand, each with optional nested field selection, an enabled raw nested filter, and an enabled nested expansion.
• expandNestedFilters — Optional visual filters targeting matching properties in Expand Relations. Specify field, comparison operator, value, numeric quoting choice, and AND/OR connector; combine with any raw nested filter using AND.

Output shape

Three outputs: Success contains one JSON item per returned quote; Error and Timeout contain error records.

Makes one GET /Quotes request per input item without automatic pagination. Unwraps the response's value array, discarding envelope metadata; an empty array produces no items. Other response shapes pass through as one item, and an empty body produces a success marker. Cached items include _fromCache: true; cache fallback also adds _fallback: true. HTTP 408/504 errors go to Timeout; other errors go to Error only when Continue On Fail is enabled, otherwise execution throws.
