Summary

Create an absence type in a selected organization, with a required code and display name and optional settings for payment, approval, documentation, quota deduction, overtime, color, and description.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose API Key, OAuth2, or OAuth 2.1 (PKCE) authentication.
• Organization (required) — Select the organization from the list or enter its ID.
• Code (required) — Short code for the absence type, such as VAC or SICK.
• Name (required) — Display name of the absence type.
• Additional Fields — Optionally set whether it is paid, requires approval or documentation, deducts from vacation quota, affects overtime, and provide a color code or description.

Output shape

A single created absence type record.
