Summary

List Timesheet rates, optionally filtering by team and archived status, and sort the results. Choose whether to return all matching rates or cap the result count with a limit.

Inputs

• authentication (required) — Authenticate with an API key, OAuth2, or OAuth 2.1 (PKCE).
• teamId — Select a team or enter its ID when teams are activated in your profile; otherwise leave empty.
• returnAll — Return all matching rates, or set to false to use the limit (default: false).
• limit — Maximum number of rates to return when Return All is false (default: 50; range: 1–500).
• filters.teamId — Restrict results to a team; applies when teams are activated in your profile.
• filters.archived — Include archived rates (default: false).
• filters.sort — Sort by alphabetical order, status, or creation date (default: alphabetical).
• filters.order — Sort ascending or descending (default: ascending).

Output shape

A list of rate records, one n8n item per rate.

The source handles pagination manually to honor the limit or fetch all pages. Rate fields are returned by the API; no rate-field mapping is shown in the provided source.

Examples

Example 1: List up to 50 active rates in a team, alphabetically ascending.

Set Return All to false, leave Limit at 50, select the team in Filters, keep Include Archived off, and use Alphabetical / Ascending sorting.

Example 2: Retrieve every rate, including archived rates, sorted by status descending.

Set Return All to true, enable Include Archived, and select Status / Descending sorting.
