Summary

Create a Timesheet absence for an organization by specifying its contract, absence type, and start and end times. Optionally include a documentation URL, full-day flag, or reason.

Inputs

• authentication (required) — Choose API Key, OAuth2, or OAuth 2.1 (PKCE) authentication.
• organizationId (required) — Select an organization from the list or provide its ID.
• contractId (required) — ID of the contract the absence belongs to.
• absenceTypeId (required) — ID of the absence type.
• startDateTime (required) — When the absence starts.
• endDateTime (required) — When the absence ends.
• additionalFields — Optionally set a supporting documentation URL, whether the absence spans full days, or a reason.

Output shape

A single record

Creates the absence through the Timesheet API and returns its response. The provided source pack shows a mapAbsence helper, but omits its implementation, so the exact returned fields are unclear.
