Summary

Retrieve expense records from Timesheet, optionally filtering by task ID and date range. Choose whether to return all matching records or cap the result count with a limit.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Select API Key, OAuth2, or OAuth 2.1 (PKCE) credentials.
• Return All — When enabled, fetch all matching expenses; otherwise, return up to the configured limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of expenses to return when Return All is off; defaults to 50, with a declared range of 1–500.
• Filters — Optionally filter by Task ID, Start Date (on or after), and End Date (on or before).
• Team — A Team selector appears in the supplied properties, with list and ID modes. Its description associates it with projects, tags, and rates; the expense handler's use of this field is not shown.

Output shape

A list of expense records, emitted as n8n items.

The supplied source pack shows a get-many handler and the node routes array responses through its multi-item handling. The implementation body is omitted, so exact record fields and pagination behavior are not visible.
