Summary

Update an existing Timesheet absence for a required organization and absence ID. Optionally change its documentation URL, start and end times, full-day flag, or reason; the operation returns the updated absence.

Inputs

• authentication (required) — Choose API Key, OAuth2, or OAuth 2.1 (PKCE) authentication.
• organizationId (required) — Select or enter the organization that owns the absence.
• absenceId (required) — ID of the absence to update.
• updateFields — Optionally set documentation URL, end date and time, full-day status, reason, or start date and time. Only supplied update fields are used.

Output shape

a single updated absence record

The node routes the update through the Timesheet API and returns the updated absence.
