Summary

Create an automation for a selected project, choosing a trigger type and the action it should perform. Optional fields configure geofence, beacon, or WLAN trigger details, whether the automation is enabled, and whether it is shared with the team.

Inputs

• Project (required) — Project the automation is attached to; select from the list or enter a project ID.
• Type (required) — Trigger type: Geofence, WLAN, or Beacon.
• Action (required) — Action triggered: Start, Stop, or Pause.
• Additional Fields — Optional settings: Address, latitude, longitude, and radius in meters for a geofence; Beacon UUID for a beacon; SSID for a WLAN trigger; Enabled (defaults to true); and Shared with the team (defaults to false).

Output shape

A single created automation record.

The operation sends the selected project, trigger type, action, and configured additional fields to the Timesheet API. The Team selectors shown in the supplied properties are not scoped to this operation.
